Course elements:
- palpation,
- three body rhythms – heart pulse, breathing rhythm, and craniosacral rhythm,
- fascia as a whole-body system,
- diaphragm system – techniques for releasing the pelvic, respiratory, thoracic inlet, and occipital base diaphragms,
- flexion and extension of the craniosacral rhythm,
- still point induction using the CV4 technique,
- craniosacral system as a semi-closed hydraulic system,
- dural tube examination – traction, therapy,
- vertical and horizontal intracranial membrane system,
- differentiation between bony and membranous restrictions,
- traction within the craniosacral system,
- frontal lift technique,
- parietal lift technique,
- sphenoid compression and decompression technique,
- mobilization technique of the temporal bones along two axes,
- temporomandibular joint (TMJ) – biomechanics, neurology, therapy,
- 10-Step Protocol,
- direction of energy,
- cranial pumping.
Upon completion of the course, the participant receives a Certificate of Participation endorsed by the Upledger Institute International.
This certificate entitles participants to continue the learning process in Poland and at all satellite institutes worldwide.
The completion of the course qualifies the participant for enrolment in the second module, CST II.
